I didn’t run this story yesterday because I couldn’t figure out exactly what occurred here. All the were reporting that a parachute failed and that another team member came to the stricken skydiver’s rescue. But that really sounded odd. It turns out, as I suspected, that the two jumpers got tangled during a form up, and worked together to land safely.

Don’t get me wrong, that’s still a very cool feat to say the least, and it’s awesome they worked as a team to land, , unless I am missing something. Hear it directly from the Red Devil’s themselves:

Regardless of how this was covered, good work on the Red Devils’ part, and it’s great to know that both soldiers made it safely to terra firma unscathed.
