　　The 2005 MY Buell XB12S Lightning is a powerful naked machine from the American brand, that boasts standard fittings such as a Buel InterActive under-belly exhaust system, an easy-shifting transmission, a light and hollow aluminium frame that doubles as a fuel tank, a hollow aluminium swingarm that doubles as an oil tank, a 43mm fully-adjustable Showa upside-down fork, a fully-adjustable Showa mono-shock in the rear, a Buell ZTL front brake system and flat, track-style handlebars.

　　In the engine department, it sports a four-stroke, air-cooled, 1203cc, 45-degree pushrod V-Twin powerplant mated to a five-speed manual transmission and can reach a maximum power output of 100 horsepower and 110 Nm of torque.
