　　The 2007 MY Buell XB9SX Lightning City X boasts standard features such as handlebar deflectors, a headlight grille, wide, supermotard-style handlebars, a Skyline seat for a better view of city traffic, a new, easy-shifting transmission, a Goodyear Hibrex drive belt with Flexten Plus technology, a lighter and stiffer swingarm and a new air intake location as well as most of the features found on the base model.

　　In the engine department, it sports an air-cooled, four-stroke, 984cc, V-Twin powerplant paired to a five-speed manual transmission with a low-maintenance, Kevlar-reinforced belt final drive and can reach a maximum power output of 92 horsepower and 97 Nm of torque.
