　　The 2012 Can-Am Outlander 650 is a recreational ATV which can double as a work-related tool: it packs a lot of off-road-oriented features by retains all the maneuverability of a vehicle created for even, paved roads. Thanks to the revised pivot points in the chassis geometry, the 2012 Can-Am Outlander 650 offers better directional control and better stability through corners, providing a safer ride.

　　The aggressive design is backed up by performance-oriented engineering: the 2012 Can-Am Outlander 650 is powered by a 650cc-class v-twin power plant, coupled to an automatic, dual-ratio transmission and offering selectable 2/4WD. Obstacles are negotiated with ease thanks to the Visco-lock QE automatic differential locking, while the engine braking ensures safer steep descents. Luggage racks and a watertight storage compartment increase the range of applications for the 2012 Can-Am Outlander 650.
