　　The 2013 MY Harley Davidson FLSTC Heritage Softail Classic Peace Officer was built as a tribute for law enforcement officers, and is available for purchase only for them, active or retired. It comes with a special "Peace Officer Special Edition" steel badge on the fuel tank and comes with a choice between a Vivid Black with Blue/Silver Pinstripes, Dark Peace Officer Blue with Blue/Silver Pinstripes or Two-Tone Light Peace Officer Blue/Dark Peace Officer Blue paint scheme.

　　At its heart lies the proven, 1690cc, air-cooled Twin Cam 103B mated to a sturdy, manual, six-speed Cruise Drive transmission and can produce a whopping 129 Nm of torque at 3000 rpm. This machine has the trademark, classic design from the MoCo, with studded leather saddlebags, a two-piece, two-up seat with passenger backrest and classic fuel tank, as well as a lot of chrome-plating, on the exhaust system, engine accents, on the laced wheels and the front fork.
