The KTM 890 Adventure was a travel enduro motorcycle made by the Austrian motorcycle manufacturer as a 2021 model and a successor to the KTM 790 Adventure model.
The bike featured more performance from the 90cc increase in displacement that corresponded with the general trend of other motorcycle manufacturers that increased the displacement on their bikes, such as the Triumph Tiger 900 or Ducati Multistrada 950.
As its predecessor, the KTM 890 Adventure was available in two versions, such as the basic model, the Adventure R, which was the more off-road capable machine, but also a special model Adventure R Rally that came only in 500 units.
The 2023 model was crafted as the ultimate master of all road conditions and distances, with the same LC8 engine that delivered 105 hp and 100 Nm (74 lb-ft) of torque with maximum strength at 6,500 rpm.
The KTM 890 Adventure offered a new, higher windscreen inspired by the KTM 450 Rally machine and delivered more wind protection, while the two-part seat offered more comfort with its new soft foam structure and a slimmer front fender that provided more aerodynamics and rain protection.
In addition, the 2023 KTM 890 Adventure came with sportier graphics and more dynamic looks, a new aluminum engine and tank protector, a handlebar switch with a hazard warning, LED indicators for the US market, and different off-road Pirelli Scorpion STR tires.
