It follows the trademark Victory recipe of a modern cruiser, with classic touches and an aggressive appearance. At its heart lies a new, air-cooled, four-stroke, 1731cc, 50-degree V-twin powerplant and a six-speed manual, overdrive transmission. The 2009 MY comes with some improvements, such as the five-spoked, Stingray wheels, which are 17 pounds lighter, a new headlight and LED taillight, for a safer ride, and a new one piece saddle. Also, like its previous embodiments, it has a fat, 250 mm wide rear tire, a 21" front wheel, as well as the characteristic raised tip-to-tail spine and the split-tail fuel tank.
