A custom car shop in Pilot Point, TX called Monstars Customs was tired of Ford refusing to build a baby Ranger-sized Raptor, so they went ahead and made their own. How do you think it came out?
Exterior modifications are, obviously, extensive— to be honest, there's enough plastic shaping on this thing to make me afraid of cracking it in a parking lot, let alone on the trail.
I like where they're going with the tube bumpers, I think this Ranger is even pulling off the Raptor headlights and grille. But I think that superglossy Tacoma-esque blue color is keeping me from taking this thing too seriously.
Other modifications listed are a 5" ProComp Suspension lift kit with ES3000 shocks, a big ass stereo, and a new engine with a three-year warranty from Ford.
Here's the while it's still live.
