The Ducati Streetfighter S was made and sold from 2009 to 2013. With the release of the Streetfighter 848, which won the Cycle World Best Middleweight Streetbike title in 2013, the S version ended production in 2013.
The 2012 Ducati Streetfighter S was created by the House of Borgo Panigale, for riders who make zero compromises when it comes to performance but still want a more comfortable riding position that only a naked motorcycle can offer.
The 2010 S model sports a 1099cc DOHC Desmodromic liquid-cooled engine and has a six-speed manual gearbox delivering 148 hp at 9,500 rpm and 109 Nm (80 lb-ft) of torque at 9,500 rpm. The exhaust is composed of a lightweight 2-1-2 system with a catalytic converter and twin stainless steel mufflers.
For suspension, the model has a 43 mm Ohlins fully adjustable upside-down, tin-coated fork on the front, and an Ohlins fully adjustable monoshock with progressive linkage on the rear.
The braking power is handled by a Brembo system with two 330 mm semi-floating four-piston calipers, Brembo Monobloc on the front, and a 45mm disc, two-piston caliper on the rear wheel.
The wheels are made of forged aluminum in a five-spoke design and matted with a pair of Pirelli Diablo Corsa tires.
The 2012 Ducati Streetfighter S was for sale in 2022 starting from $11.000.
