　　The 2008 MY Harley Davidson Fire/Rescue Road King sports an air-cooled, 1690cc, Twin Cam 103 V-twin powerhouse mated to a six-speed manual transmission with a Cruise Drive technology, and can produce 138 Nm (101 lb-ft) of torque at 2500 rpm. This machine was designed for fire department workers, and comes standard with a siren, special lights, and all the other features they would need to prevent and contain emergencies of every kind.

　　Other features include a new frame and swingarm, a new, 68-tooth rubber isolated rear drive sprocket, a new, 2-1-2 exhaust system, a new LED rear fender tip light and LED license plate illumination, a new increased lean angle and improved comfort for the rider.
