Don't Take Your Land Rover LR3 Around The Nurburgring
Don't Take Your Land Rover LR3 Around The Nurburgring-June 2024
2024-02-19 EST 22:11:53

Seven men are in a Land Rover LR3 about to drive around the Nurburgring

By now, . They also know that it’s effectively a public toll road and on touristenfahrten days, they’ll let anyone with a driver’s license test their mettle against the track.

Some folks just want to drive their favorite sports car or hot hatch around the famed nordschleife but other people, like Misha Charoudin, spend so much time at the ring driving the fastest and best cars to their limit, like to mix things up, and that’s what’s going on in this video from his channel.

Fellow YouTuber AutoAlex and his crew (as well as ex-Jalop Tavarish and Mark McCann) piled into Alex’s crew car, a diesel Land Rover LR3 to try and set a hot lap. Or at least a warm lap that wouldn’t kill them. Even with Charoudin’s thousands and thousands of ‘Ring laps, the whole thing looks sketchy as hell and yet does nothing to dampen my enthusiasm for the LR3.

So, if you’ve ever had the weird want to cane your giant, ponderous seven-passenger SUV around one of the world’s most challenging and demanding racetracks, now you don’t have to. Enjoy.
