Hooning In An Abandoned Russian Kids' Camp Is Both Creepy And Awesome
Hooning In An Abandoned Russian Kids' Camp Is Both Creepy And Awesome-July 2024
2024-02-19 EST 22:14:25

This video encapsulates one of the reasons I love bikes. Their go-anywhere, do whatever the hell you want nature lend themselves perfectly to random acts of honnage. In this case, it just happens to be a no-holds-barred run through a mildly disturbing deserted kid's camp in Russia.

The film – appropriately titled Desolation – comes , who ran across the abandoned camp about 30 miles outside of Moscow.

An amateur filmmaker rode a motorcycle from Moscow to newly-Russian Crimea for the Victory Day…

The bike is a BMW R1200GS, which looks surprisingly lithe thanks to both the skill of the rider – Vadim Shpilevsky – and the minimal mods, namely the removal of the windshield and mirrors, rear seat and cases, along with some additional crash guards and grilles. But you don't need a $20k bike to have this kind of fun. Just something with adequate suspension travel, some practice in tight quarters, and a bleak, deserted building that could be the set for the Chernobyl Diaries Part II: The Chernobyling.
