  Here's the step-by-step guide to removing a bad review you've written on Google Maps:

  Access Google Maps:

  Open your web browser and navigate to https://www.google.com/maps or launch the Google Maps app on your mobile device.Sign in to Your Google Account:

  Ensure you're signed in with the Google account that was used to write the review. If not, click on "Sign In" at the top-right corner of the webpage or log in through the app.Navigate to Your Contributions:

  On the desktop version of Google Maps, look for the profile icon (usually located at the top right corner). Click on it, then select "Your contributions" from the dropdown menu.In the Google Maps app, tap on your profile picture/icon at the top right corner and scroll down to find "Your contributions".View Reviews Section:

  Under the "Your contributions" page, locate and click/tap on the "Reviews" tab. This will display all the reviews you have submitted on Google Maps.Find the Review You Want to Remove:

  Scroll through the list until you find the specific review you regret writing and want to delete.Delete the Review:

  To the right of the targeted review, there should be three vertical dots or a horizontal ellipsis (commonly known as hamburger dots). Tap/click on these dots.A small pop-up menu will appear; select the option labeled "Delete review" or something similar.Confirm the deletion when prompted.Please note that once you delete a review, it cannot be retrieved or reinstated. Also, keep in mind that only the author of the review can delete their own review.
