Is This Missile Drunk Or Did It Pull Off An Insane Intercept?-September 2024

I am not sure what to think of this video depicting what looks like an SAM launch. Did it go nuts and the crew destroyed it on command or did it pull off a series of amazing energy depleting maneuvers to accomplish an incredibly close-in intercept?

It was probably just a dud, and a very scary one at that, but I am not 100% certain. What do you think?
