A new Ford Bronco is yet to be officially confirmed, but now us hopefuls can all stop crowding around that one silly render made for April Fool’s Day 2014, or that Bronco concept . This new concept art from is my favorite modern interpretation of the vehicle yet.

Just so we’re all on the same page; this is the automotive equivalent of fan fiction, not something issued or endorsed by the Ford Motor Company in any way. But that doesn’t mean we can’t appreciate some awesome automotive art, and what’s more fun to speculate on than the hypothetical “2020 Bronco?”

Bronco6G imagines the new truck as a Jeep Wrangler rival, true to its original design and intention. The cynic in me says it’s more likely to be crapped out as a crossover, but who am I to dash dreams?
