Jalopnik Reviews: 2007 Dodge Caliber R/T, Part 3
Jalopnik Reviews: 2007 Dodge Caliber R/T, Part 3-November 2024

Some people still care about buying American, and maybe you're one of those people. Even if you're not, the Caliber is a solid all-around people- and cargo-hauler for a pretty affordable price. Plus, it will keep your fitness water cold for when you get back from that killer mountain bike or kayak trip, brah.

It's not really that much fun to drive. There are nicer interiors at this price point. For the price of the R/T AWD you can buy a fun car like the Civic Si.

Hennessey's Twin-Turbo Ferrari 458 Spider Is Terrifyingly Wonderful
I'm against modifying supercars. I always have been. If they wanted it to have more power, different wheels, or a different suspension, it would have come that way from the factory. Hennessey just turbocharged the Ferrari 458 Italia and let me drive it before anyone else. Can a Ferrari with...

For $78,000, Bandit At Eight O’Clock
In Shelley’s Frankenstein the eponymous doctor brings his monster back to life with unfortunate results. Today’s Trans Am is a car also brought back from the dead, but will its price make you want to get out the torches and pitchforks? This is like a week of fakers now isn’t...

For $7,500, Are 2JZ Better Than One?
BMW and Toyota are usually on polar opposites of the excitement scale. Today’s candidate however is so wild a mix of those two makes that its hood can’t even contain it. Will your excitement over its price be equally unbridled? Also a menagerie of two, yesterday’s may have been taxonomically...

For $12,500, This Jeep Goes Off The Reservation
Today’s Jeep is named for the proud people of the southeastern US - whose land many consider to have been stolen from them. It’ll be up to you to determine if this supercharged Cherokee’s price is also a steal. While yesterday’s featured a traditional screaming chicken on its shaker hood,...

2013 Porsche Cayman S: The Jalopnik Review
If a car spawns a coupe and a convertible, there are typically two truths. The coupe comes first. The convertible second. The coupe is inexpensive. The convertible is expensive. The Cayman is the opposite. And it's an even better car. ( Porsche wanted me to drive the Cayman S so...

2014 Jaguar XFR-S: The Jalopnik Review
Jaguar's one-upped its already elegant and well-sorted XFR sports sedan, to create the sharper, more aggressive and very limited-production . But does the S stand for aweSome, or just window dreSsing? We found out. ( Jaguar wanted us to drive the XFR-S so bad, they flew me to Seattle for...
