List Your Ride In Less Than 60 Seconds With This App
List Your Ride In Less Than 60 Seconds With This App-June 2024
2024-02-19 EST 22:13:45

When it comes time to finally let go of your ride, selling it can be hassle. You have to take pictures, write a description, and get it online. It's almost enough to say screw it and keep it. has just launched a new app for Apple and Android devices that will list your car in about a minute.

All you need to get started is an account; you can list a vehicle for free for 14 days or pay $14.95 and run the ad until your car sells. Once you create an account, you just enter the VIN and answer some questions regarding the make and model. The app will then generate descriptions and titles for you to utilize, no typing necessary. However, if you prefer to draft your own listing CarLister has that option as well. Every listing also comes complete with an accident history. Buyers and sellers using Apple and Android devices will be able to Facetime each other to discuss purchasing arrangements and gather more information.

There are several used car buying start-ups that are out to challenge Autotrader and Cars.com. Unfortunately CarLister doesn't have the reach of either of those larger websites, nor does it have the "free" factor of Craigslist. However for less than $15 and only a minute of your time, it may be worth a shot. So if any of you Jalops take it for a spin we would be curious to hear your experience with it.

Here is an ad explaining how to use the app-

I Just Bought a $100 Welder and It's Like I Have a New Superpower
This past weekend, I bought a dirt-cheap , grabbed some metal that I had sitting around the garage, and began building a skill that feels like a human superpower: fusing metal together. Picking up this contraption is a step that I wish I had taken many years ago, and one...
