Mercedes Shows Off 'Spy' Videos Of New F1 Car That They Shot Themselves-July 2024

Mercedes' released a string of videos of the new W06 at a snowy Silverstone this morning, including some decent views of the full car. This comes ahead of the car's planned reveal this Sunday.

First, they showed the car under wraps:

Here's the car making some bizarrely weedwhacker-like sounds:

Then, of course, was a nice blast down the pit straight followed by a painfully staged "Running of the Marketing Professional" at the end:

Here it is pulling back into the garage:

Inclement weather, however, put a slight damper on the team's test:

Looks like Mercedes will keep essentially the same livery for 2015 as they've had the past couple years. They've also opted for a long, low nose closer to as opposed to the of the Force India and Williams cars.
