Powering this machine is a 6.3 litre 8-cylinder V8 engine that produces 380 kW (517 hp) at 6800 rpm and 620 Nm of torque at 500rpm. The engine was specifically developed for the 2-door model which lends many of its features from the SLS AMG and allows it to complete 0-100km/h in just 4.2 seconds. The Mercedes-Benz C 63 AMG Coupe Black Seriescomes with an AMG sports suspension which has been designed as a coil-over suspension. This suspension comes with a number of setting options which allows the driver to customize their own personal set-up. The track width of the axles has been widened by 40mm at the front and 79mm at the rear. The torsion-bar stabilizers have been modified and have resulted in impressive driving dynamics, high grip and low roll angle. The ESP is 3-stage and offers the driver varying control options. The driver can choose between: ESP ON, Sport Handling Mode and ESP OFF. Adding to this, the anti-lock braking system has been retuned, along with the high performance braking system.
