Nice Price Or Crack Pipe: Twin-Engine, Twin-Shifter Subueetle For 20 Grand?
Nice Price Or Crack Pipe: Twin-Engine, Twin-Shifter Subueetle For 20 Grand?-April 2024
2024-02-19 EST 22:10:20

We're back for more harsh price judgment on possible cases of car-seller wishful thinking. Is a seller's asking price grounded in reality or indicative of overindulgence in those mean ol' Hubba Rocks? Yesterday, 61% of you thought that $97,000 was just way too much louie for . Was that because the '57 Chevy is just too common? How about something unique and handcrafted, guaranteed to make pedestrians walk into trees as you drive by? Say, the unholy union of a 1973 VW Beetle and a 1985 Subaru GL, with both engines still intact and functional and priced at $20,000? Working two gearshifts might be tricky, especially if the car also has two clutch pedals, but it goes without saying that this car must be driven using both engines simultaneously. Thanks to for the tip!

Whoa, A 1990 Audi V8 Quattro For A Grand?
Today's Audi once represented the marque's top-tier sedan. Now it's just another barnyard denizen, headed for an uncertain future. It's price is likewise diminished, but is it still farm fresh? Okay, I get it, you hate the Ford Bronco II, even going so far as to claim that every sequel-named...

Could This Pristine 1985 Ford Bronco II Be Worth $13,700?
The seller of today's Bronco II claims its a collector car. Now, that's totally true of its older, less II-ier brothers, but has yet to be seen with these trucks. This one seems extraordinarily nice however, and maybe that will be enough for it to collect its asking. The seller...

Could This Custom 1993 Geo Metro Convertible Drum Up $4,000?
How twee is too twee? Today's Geo tries to toughen up the little convertible's rep with a wild wing and some sassy stripes. Will that, and its price, be enough to make it the GEO-target of a new owner? By a narrow 48%/52% margin, yesterday's went down in a Crack Pipe...
