This dead Dodge was spotted near Waverly, Ohio in 2006. That badass winch caught my attention right away, and the front bumper looks big enough to park a rocking chair on and enjoy a view of the sunset from Anytown, USA.

If the "Pitch In" sticker didn't look years younger than the truck's last parking job I'd say this might be a former municipal machine. The tread pattern on those tires looks archaic, or military. Anyone have a guess at the purpose of this truck and the year it was built in?
