Pro Tip: Don't Stick Your Head In A Tailpipe
Pro Tip: Don't Stick Your Head In A Tailpipe-August 2024
2024-02-19 EST 22:13:10

An allegedly intoxicated woman attending a music festival this past weekend in Minnesota somehow managed to get her head stuck in what looks like a first-generation Chevy ’s exhaust tip. The fire department had to save the day with power tools, though the truck had to take one for the team.

The context surrounding the strange and short video below—which shows a woman with her head stuck in a pickup truck’s tailpipe—is a bit unclear.

All I know after calling the McLeod County Sheriff’s Department is that the woman was apparently “legally drunk” at the Winstock Country Music Festival, and that the local fire department had to cut the truck’s tailpipe off to extract her.

According to the sheriff’s office, the woman was cited for underage drinking. There’s no word on whether she sustained any injuries, though Minneapolis-based does note that the woman made this light-hearted comment about the situation on Facebook: “Yes, I’m the tail pipe girl, whatchu know about it?”

So in all likelihood, she’s doing okay.

How this happened in the first place and why she decided to put her head into an exhaust is a question to which we may never know the answer. That being said, I think the person whose decisions we should really be scrutinizing is that of the truck owner. I mean, who needs an exhaust tip that big?
