Be Your Modular Best!

Today is the International Day of Yoga, recognised worldwide to promote mental and physical fitness through Yoga. Different people define Yoga differently, but in simple terms, Yoga brings together physical and mental disciplines to achieve a peaceful body and mind; apart from keeping you fit, it also helps you manage stress and anxiety to keep you relaxed. Yoga asanas, done regularly, build strength, flexibility, and confidence.

So, this year we decided to celebrate World Yoga Day by doing it a little bit differently. Flexibility is one of the high points of performing Yoga but it is also one of the high points of the Renault Triber; the Triber is not only an ultra-modular car with four flexible modes and more than a hundred seating combinations but is also one of the safest cars in the country with a four-star Global NCAP rating. To demonstrate the various asanas and tell us more about them we have Siddhi Desai, who has been practising Yoga for almost a decade. She is a director at the Kalakruti Dance Academy and is proficient in the art of Bharatanatyam. We are exploring four important asanas which can be done while also exploring the four major seating modes offered on the Renault Triber - Tribe Mode, Surf Mode, Camp Mode, and Life Mode. These asanas can also help you stay fit and stress-free in your daily lives.
