CEO is none too pleased with drivers who are pointing out major issues with the company’s , according to .

Musk told a owner to stop complaining after he showing his Tesla struggling to make right turns and change lanes while using .

James Locke, a software CEO in California, tweeted that he had to intervene and correct a mistake his car made while using FSD version 10.69.

Musk was not thrilled by the tweet, to say the least. He replied “10.69 is in limited release for a reason. Please do not ask to be included in early beta releases and then complain.”

Earlier this week, Musk said Tesla would be r in North America. It can also be purchased as a $199 per month subscription.

Locke, in turn, said he’s spent over $32,000 on FSD and now pays the $199 per month fee for the feature.

Locke did not respond to a request for comment from Insider ahead of publication. In his initial post, Locke acknowledged that his feedback is “probably not a popular opinion” and said the software still has “lots of work to go.”

FSD is not a fully autonomous system. Tesla has that the system does not replace a licensed driver and instructs them to keep their hands on the wheel and be prepared to take over when the system is running. The add-on enables Teslas to automatically change lanes, enter and exit highways, recognize stop signs and traffic lights, and park. The software is in a beta testing mode and has over who Tesla can use to test the software in real time and allow the system’s AI to learn from experienced drivers.

Locke, who is the founding president of the Tesla Owners Clubs in Vancouver Island and Santa Clarita Valley, promptly apologized after Musk scolded him for critiquing the software. The Tesla driver has a where he shares videos testing FSD.

This is a big departure from what Musk has said in the past. At one point, he even tweeted that . After all, this is a Beta software; the goal is to spot problems and improve.

This latest Full Self-Driving tiff comes on the back of a few other public FSD criticisms. The most notable of which is probably the video of a . Believe it or not, people didn’t like that. There’s also the issue of the state of about what Autopilot can and cannot do. All in all, it’s a very normal week for Musk and the rest of the Tesla gang.

Meet the 'Scribbling Vicar,' the Priest Who Serves as Aston Martin’s In-House Artist
Ever think you’ve had a varied career? Well, you’ve probably got nothing on Aston Martin’s artist in residence, the Rev. Adam Gompertz. Or as he’s known, the scribbling vicar. I caught up with him at the Goodwood Festival of Speed to find out a bit more about him. Gompertz...

This Guy Still Driving His Unrestored 1957 Corvette Has Life Figured Out
Listening to Richard Huxley talk about the 1957 Corvette he’s had for 47 years is as relaxing as it is inspiring. He’s not interested in auction values, or catalog-correctness, or keeping the car garaged all winter. He’s interested in driving. “It’s an investment I suppose, of sorts, if I...

I’ve done roundups of the cars in Stranger Things for the two , so if you were hoping I’d just forget and you could slide by without scrutinizing the cars of the show, I have terrible news for you: we’re doing season three! And, even worse news: it’s the...

Cops Refusing to Respect 'Finders Keepers' After Armored Car Spills Cash
An armored car carrying stacks on stacks fell open and made it rain on a highway in Georgia this week, causing a predictably calamitous traffic jam of people pulling over to stuff their wallets. Alas, local police are being real sticklers about returning what “belongs to the bank” or whatever....
