The 2015 SUV takes the current Ford F-250 and turns it into an eight-seat ass-hauler with a front bumper like Quagmire’s chin and a supercharger on the 6.2 gasoline V8. It’s the 2015 Ford Excursion we won’t get, plus tons of horsepower.

Starting with a Ford F-250 Lariat 4x4 and the same 6.2 V8 you might remember from the last Raptor pickup, Hennessey will be offering 600 and 650 horsepower supercharger upgrades along with the interior “addition.” They list a diesel package too but only with a 20 lb-ft of torque power bump, which you should be able to get just by looking at the engine sideways.

Anyway, there are plenty of ways to make your diesel sing louder... the VelociRaptor’s unique value proposition is that it’s the spiritual successor to the Ford Excursion which a small handful of us miss dearly.

For a Texas limo, this truck looks absolutely amazing. Not sure if it looks like $160,000 though, which is the 2015 VelociRaptor SUV’s starting price.

A stock F-250 Lariat four-door is about $50,000. Would you put another $110,000 into one for an extra row of seats and a few hundred horsepower? I probably wouldn’t either but I do want a poster of this thing real bad.
