This Lego Jeep Wrangler Rubicon Is Ready For The Outdoors
This Lego Jeep Wrangler Rubicon Is Ready For The Outdoors-July 2024
2024-02-19 EST 22:13:13

I love it when people get creative with . Weird and wonderful things often come out of it. The latest is this Lego Jeep Wrangler Rubicon concept.

The Jeep has four 62mm radius tires installed at all four corners, plus a spare hanging on the hatch door. The roof is removable and the engine (non-running) part is beneath the hood. In fact, the hood was one of the toughest parts to create. On the page, the creator wrote:

The most difficult part of the construction was to join the hood and the two mudguards. I was stuck on this part for a couple of weeks, struggling to combine a slightly tilted hood module with 1x3x2 arch bricks and mudguard modules with angled technic beams. Though I have successfully managed to integrate them seamlessly as shown in the pictures after a series of attempts, better ways of joining these parts together must be sought out for more perfection.

The creator also notes that they love taking pictures, so a miniature DSLR was included in the set so that future owners can partake in the pastime as well. Yellow cones are also tucked into the trunk, secured by a net, ready for anything that this little Jeep comes across.

As with all ideas submitted to the Lego Ideas page, the Jeep needs 10,000 supporters before Lego will decide whether to put it into production or not.

Also, don’t miss the Star Wars tribute! You can .

That Doesn't Look Right
That Doesn't Look Right
Yes, it is possible to screw up off-roading so badly that the axle on your brand-new Toyota Tacoma actually gets ripped right out from under the truck. Although that video makes it look like an FJ Cruiser is pulling a late-model Tacoma uphill, I believe it’s actually just an odd...

This Cute Little East German Truck Has A Higher Payload Rating Than A Ford F-250
Ever since in Prague, I have been having dreams. Weird ones involving an America filled with the cute trucks it deserves, like the Multicar M22, which amazingly has a payload rating higher than that of a Ford F-250. “,” I wrote a few weeks back about the upcoming heavy duty...

The Original Design For The Second-Gen Dodge Ram Was A Styling Disaster
The Original Design For The Second-Gen Dodge Ram Was A Styling Disaster
The second-generation established the big, macho and iconic look that continues to define truck design today, and it pushed the truck segment beyond the boring and square sedan-inspired aesthetic for good. But it almost didn’t happen. The 1994 Dodge Ram was the result of a seven-year design process that went...
