With , Iran has released a video of Iranian Revolutionary Guard naval forces boarding the American vessels yesterday. The video also shows the two Riverine Command Craft flanked by Iranian fast boats in the harbor at Farsi Island.

Somewhat surprisingly, the Iranians gave the boats back along with the sailors. Although they are far from the most advanced U.S. Navy vessels, they do carry a respectable set of communications, navigation, and optical gear. The circumstances that resulted in the boats being stranded and floating in Iranian waters remains unclear.
