What Are You Doing With Your Extra Hour Today?
What Are You Doing With Your Extra Hour Today?-August 2024
2024-02-19 EST 22:13:39

The daylight savings time change is either horrible and garbage (the one in spring where we lose an hour) or awesome and wonderful (the one last night where we get an extra hour of Halloween partying.) If you didn’t do that, you have a whole extra hour on Sunday to do whatever you want with your car!

Just think what you could do today with a whole extra 60 minutes! Why, that’s 60 minutes more you can devote to an oil change, or a engine rebuild, or swapping on those new wheels you just bought, or working on your plan to have a trusted friend set fire to your car in a field while you tell your insurance company it got stolen.

Not that I’m thinking of doing that last one. No, sir!

Anyway, what grand plans do you have today thanks to the time change?

You Can Learn A Lot About How Vehicles Work By Restoring A Remote Control Car
I recently decided to do something outside my normal routine: Restore a vintage nitro-powered remote control car. I learned a lot more about vehicles than I expected to. If you want to maximize speed on an ice racetrack, studded tires are the way to go. But they’re not always cheap, so YouTuber decided to make his own using self-tapping screws and some old tires. The results are actually impressive, even if this idea isn’t exactly “advisable.” The Russian...
