Close Calls On Two Wheels Around The Isle Of Man
Close Calls On Two Wheels Around The Isle Of Man-November 2024
2024-02-19 EST 22:11:41

The Isle of Man TT is one of the fastest, most dangerous races in the world. 600cc rider Tuukka Korhonen got a nice reminder why Snaefell Mountain is such a notorious course during Wednesday’s practice, where he had several faster motorcycles whir past him within a few minutes.

Welcome to , a feature where we spend that pesky time between races looking at awesome footage from inside the car, or onboard a bike, in this case.

That’s cutting it a bit close, eh?

Here is Korhonen’s full practice lap, just in case you had twenty minutes to look at the gorgeous Isle of Man countryside as he leans into every curve and corner of the the course.

The Isle of Man is a festival of speed and insanity, and we wouldn’t have it any other way. The famed Tourist Trophy motorcycle race continues all this weekend.

Well, this is unexpected. The No. 14 Lexus RCF GT3 driven by none other than one of the most successful American endurance racers in history, Scott Pruett, just ate the wall. Pruett was in eighth place when he crashed the new-to-America Lexus into the wall. It doesn’t appear to have...
