All of the WeatherTech Sports Car Championship’s Prototype-class cars are being retired after this year in favor of the new DPi spec, so why not go out with a bang? Besides, well, the total heartbreak of losing an almost certain podium for the unluckiest team on the grid. IMSA Radio...

Ferrari Team Puts Out Pit Lane Fire, Sends Charred 488 Back Out To Race Like It's No Big Deal
If you race a Ferrari, the entire Internet will swear that you’re playing with fire. Fortunately, it looks like the Scuderia Corsa No. 68 team has plenty of experience with fire, as they just put out a very stubborn pit lane flambé with ludicrous speed and sent their seared Ferrari...

Road Atlanta Is Falling Apart In The Middle Of Petit Le Mans
Uh-oh. This may take a while. Chunks of Road Atlanta’s track surface started to come up during today’s Petit Le Mans race, leaving a gnarly pothole right on the racing line. Cars running over it kicked up enough hard chunks of pavement that officials made the call to repair it...

Is The Car Dying? Will You Die? No? Stay Out There
Is The Car Dying? Will You Die? No? Stay Out There
Rule number one of endurance racing: keep turning laps, whatever you do. Unless you’re pretty sure whatever problem you’ve discovered is going to kill you or the car, stay out there as long as you can. Sometimes that means your bodywork keeps flapping in the wind until your team is...
