While there are a lot of exciting bikes coming out this year, none excite me as much as this Husqvarna 701 Supermoto. I dare you to watch this video and disagree with me.

Yes, I know this bike is basically just a KTM 690 SMC R with a new body panel and new color scheme, but I don’t care. It’s beauty is the thing that gets me up in the morning, and my love for it is the only thing that makes the gf jealous.

For those of you that have forgotten (and who don’t have the specs pinned above their bed like I do), the 701 Supermoto makes 70 horsepower, weighs 320 pounds wet (sans fuel), has race ABS and a APTC slipper clutch stock, and comes with variable fuel maps.

The Husqvarna his dealer showrooms in Europe in November, but doesn’t make its way to our shores until February of next year. Husqvarna’s parent company KTM has typically not included internet media in press events or supported us with loaners for test, but I promise I’ll keep hounding him. Because you deserve to have me ride this bike :)
