France's Rallye du Var is the preview to the biggest rally in the world, the upcoming Monte Carlo Rally. And a husband and wife pair just won the du Var event.

I mean, it doesn't hurt that the husband in this pair is modern motorsport's most dominant driver, nine-times World Rally Champion Sebastien Loeb. His wife Severine, however, is an accomplished codriver in her own right.

There's a strong contingent of female navigators in rallying, and it's great to see a husband and wife pairing up, particularly for an event as big as this one.
