2024-02-19 EST 22:11:41

It has been and talked about for months, but we now basically have confirmation. Ford will be hosting a press conference at Le Mans on Friday. And you better believe that the announcement is about going racing. This is exciting.

While we already heard from a source at the Detroit Auto Show that in the Tudor series here in the states, this will be the first time that

The new Ford GT is headed for the race track as early as this year, and a new video just revealed…

that Ford is set to announce that Chip Ganassi Racing will run a two car team in the Tudor series while another team will be named to run two of the cars in the World Endurance Championship.

It is not expected that the drivers will not be announced on Friday, nor will most of the details, as Ford will want to string this out as long as humanly possible. Still, FORD GT RACE CAR!
