This BMW Puts Your Winter Driving To Shame
This BMW Puts Your Winter Driving To Shame-September 2024
2024-02-19 EST 22:11:25

I don’t know how many times I’ve had to listen to people explain that they need an all-wheel drive SUV because they live someplace where it snows in the winter. This rear-drive BMW 650i rally car laughs at those pansy-ass trucks.

The driver is Andreas Aigner, running 7mm studs on an ice track in Austria. , and apparently the car is up for rent if you’re interested.

If anything, this is all good evidence that there’s little that you can’t get do in the snow and ice when you’ve got a good set of tires. At least, there’s little you can’t do with a good set of tires, tons of power and a fair bit of rally driver training. You may be a bit more sideways, but there’s nothing wrong with that, right?

Red Bull Is Playing The Worst Game Of 20 Questions Ever With Their F1 Engines
Who’s going to provide Red Bull with Formula One engines when Renault after 2018? We don’t know! But Red Bull Team Principal Christian Horner is willing to say who it won’t be, or so he says. Either way, this is the worst game of 20 Questions I’ve ever seen. Sky...

Ferrari Blaming Verstappen For Crashing Their F1 Cars Led To A Brutal Own From Mark Webber
The first wet Formula One Singapore Grand Prix in history started with a bang. Max Verstappen’s Red Bull car became the filling in a messy Ferrari sandwich at the start of Sunday’s race. Whoever handles Ferrari’s Twitter account tried to place the blame on Max only to get put right...

You may have taken home a chunk of car from a race weekend before. Spare canards. Chunks of carbon fiber. That’s neat and all, but did you take home a Ferrari door? Because this dude took home a Ferrari door from one of the Ferrari Challenge races this weekend at...

Josef Newgarden Is IndyCar's Awesome Young 2017 Champion
Josef Newgarden became IndyCar’s youngest champion in over a decade and the series’ first American champ in five years. Newgarden had the most number of wins this season, so the championship fits. This was Newgarden’s first year with Team Penske. At age 26, he’s the fresh young face IndyCar needed...

The Final Lone Star Le Mans Went Out With A Hell Of A Ride
for the World Endurance Championship, there will only be one stop in America for us to enjoy next year, and that will be at Sebring. Austin’s Circuit of The Americas has hosted WEC each of the past five years, and I am probably not the only person who is sad...

Seven Drivers Have A Shot At Winning IndyCar's Championship Today And That's Nuts
Seven Drivers Have A Shot At Winning IndyCar's Championship Today And That's Nuts
IndyCar’s season finale today at Sonoma is going to be insane for one incredible reason: seven different drivers could win the championship. Seven! Sonoma is a double-points race which racing legend A.J. Foyt accurately called a “gimmick” in but that gimmick means that the entire top seven has to bring...
