How do we all feel about seasons where the title is decided before the actual final race of the season? As a former backmarker fan, I always used to count on double points in Abu Dhabi to hopefully maybe give my favored team a leg up against the other bottom-tier competition—but I also realize that most people are not watching race cars for the, uh, cars you only ever see on TV when they’re getting lapped.
