Weekend Motorsports Roundup, April 23-24, 2016-February 2024
2024-02-19 EST 22:11:32

Welcome to the Jalopnik , where we let you know what’s going on in the world of racing, where you can see it, and where you can talk about it all in one convenient place. Where else would you want to spend your weekend?

It’s April, which means that you’re potentially trapped inside by a rainstorm (or ). If you do happen to be stuck in the house—or even if you don’t—there is no reason to panic, because there will be so much racing on this weekend that you won’t even miss the sun.

On two wheels, both Monster Energy Supercross and MotoGP will be around this weekend. Supercross heads to Foxborough, Massachusetts for an afternoon race on Saturday, and points leader Ryan Dungey will go for his fourth win in a row at the event. MotoGP is in Spain, and it will once again be on . The MotoGP schedules below are via BeIN, but please share in the comments if you can find more listings.

The Verizon IndyCar Series will head to Barber Motorsports Park for the Honda Indy Grand Prix of Alabama this weekend, while the drivers of the FIA Formula E Championship will have a slightly more scenic destination—the streets of Paris. After an , both events should be fun to watch (for the drama and the good views).

The NASCAR Sprint Cup Series and Xfinity Series—surprisingly, with driver and team owner Tony Stewart in the mix—race at Richmond International Raceway over the weekend, while the Camping World Truck Series remains on break until May. An before what he says to be his final season began, and he announced on Twitter .

Other live events on the schedule are NHRA from Charlotte, North Carolina, FIA World Rally Championship in Argentina and the Blancpain GT Series Endurance Cup in Italy. The Blancpain Endurance race will be on live YouTube streams, and the main event will have two onboard streams as well.

As for tape-delayed coverage, feel free to enjoy some coverage from the Pirelli World Challenge, American Sprint Car Series, V8 Supercars, Lucas Oil Modified Series, Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series, NHRA, FIA World Rally Championship, Red Bull X-Fighters, Red Bull Air Race, Monster Jam, AMSOIL Arenacross and Stadium Super Trucks.

As always, feel free to share in the comments if you know of any other events or live streams going on this weekend.
