Weekend Motorsports Roundup, June 13-14, 2015
Weekend Motorsports Roundup, June 13-14, 2015-March 2024
2024-02-19 EST 22:11:41

Welcome to the Jalopnik , where we let you know what’s going on in the world of racing, where you can see it, and where you can talk about it all in one convenient place. Where else would you want to spend your weekend?

I’m at the ! Many of the series that lend drivers to the French endurance classic—Formula One, United SportsCar, and the like—aren’t running this weekend, for obvious heinous scheduling reasons. (IndyCar is the one major exception there.)

Almost 8.5 miles of circuit. Purpose-built racing prototypes, some of which annihilated the record…

That being said, if you prefer your motorsports in shorter chunks, off road or two wheeled, you’re in luck. The World Rally Championship is in Italy, doing its dirty business as usual. MotoGP heads to Catalunya. NASCAR is at Michigan International Speedway, and their track president looks like a rad dude:

CBSSN’s tendency to replay everything they have ad nauseum is especially terrible this weekend, possibly because there’s so little going on, or perhaps because they don’t know how to run a cable channel. We’re not sure.

If you know about anything we missed, or about good livestreams out there, let us know in the comments below.
