Weekend Motorsports Roundup, May 30-31, 2015-July 2024
2024-02-19 EST 22:11:41

Welcome to the Jalopnik , where we let you know what’s going on in the world of racing, where you can see it, and where you can talk about it all in one convenient place. Where else would you want to spend your weekend?

We’ll see next year.

The Isle of Man TT also happens this weekend, but sorry, you can’t watch it on TV until next week. Keep up with it in the meantime.

Now, now. Don’t fret on the late Isle of Man coverage. It could be worse, you know. You could be stuck in the middle of Death Valley from a .

Late-Race Pileup Spawns A Never-Ending Cycle Of Restarts At The Brickyard 400
A restart attempt at today’s NASCAR Brickyard 400 ended up bringing out the red flag because it made such a huge mess, which led to three more restart attempts. The No. 19 of Carl Edwards got loose on the restart, causing a big chain-reaction pile-up that collected a large chunk...

Uh-Oh, Formula One Is Resorting To Baylor's Old Attendance Tricks

Lewis Hamilton Tells Esteban Gutiérrez That He's Number One With A Finger
There are a few ways that Formula One can inform a driver that there’s faster traffic behind him. One is with the traditional blue flag thrown by trackside marshals. Another, more desperate but more entertaining method, is for the overtaking driver to flip the bird as he blows by the...
