Weekend Motorsports Roundup, Nov. 28-29, 2015-April 2024
2024-02-19 EST 22:11:36

Welcome to the Jalopnik , where we let you know what’s going on in the world of racing, where you can see it, and where you can talk about it all in one convenient place. Where else would you want to spend your weekend?

We understand. Some of you have been with the relatives whom you only see a couple of times per year for the last few days, and you just want to destress and watch some racing. Luckily, you have a few chances to do so this weekend.

Headlining the weekend is the Formula One season finale at Yas Marina Circuit (do not use “yaaaas” as a transition word, Alanis, do not do it), which means that drivers other than Lewis Hamilton, Nico Rosberg and Sebastian Vettel have one last chance to add their names to the not-so-lengthy list of winners in 2015. The FIA World Rallycross Championship season wraps up this weekend as well, and the finale from Argentina will be live streamed online. The championship fight is down to two drivers—Timmy Hansen and reigning champion Petter Solberg. Solberg has the lead heading into the event, and he can clinch his second-consecutive title so long as he qualifies for the semifinals.

As for tape-delayed showings, the list features motocross, the FIA World Rally Championship, V8 Supercars and the Lucas Oil Off-Road Racing Series. For the NASCAR folks, the Xfinity Series end-of-year banquet will also air.

If you know of any live streams going on this weekend, please feel free to share them below.
