Since the this week, the internet has been embroiled in discussions about the series to date. This, of course, includes the : , who to declare that he “tried” Grand Theft Auto V, but couldn’t get into “doing crime.”

This is an interesting statement, from a man whose career is studded with than . He’s been , investigated for , and his car company has . Hurting real people is fine, it seems, so long as no video game cops are caught in the crossfire.

The game section Musk describes here seem to be the flashback opening to Grand Theft Auto 5, in which the player participates in a bank heist. Curiously, Musk only mentions the police officers shot — not the mechanic in which the player can instill fear into civilian bank tellers by aiming a gun at them as a threat to their lives. Of course, the heist itself is also a crime, but that doesn’t seem to be an issue for Musk — the bank vault has to be emptied for the police to show up, so we know he made it that far.

Musk apparently purchased a game named for a crime, then committed multiple other crimes in it before meeting his breaking point: Being asked to kill virtual cops. Perhaps there’s some interesting prioritization to read into those actions — Musk had no issue following the game until it asked him to act against society’s disciplinarians. Punching down, whether against frightened bank tellers or , seems to be fine.

There is, admittedly, a second option: Perhaps Musk, , just got to the game’s first combat section and discovered he sucked shit.

While the top on today’s SLK320 may be fully automatic, its five-speed transmission is still gloriously manual. We’ll just hove to figure out what such dichotomy is due. The we looked at yesterday had been modded with a number of hot-shoe SHO parts, not least of which was that...

At $2,795, Could This 1993 Mazda MX-3 GS Get You To Believe That Size Doesn’t Matter?
Today’s Mazda has one of the tiniest V6 motors money can buy. Let’s see if that unique and fascinating attribute alone is worth what is being asked to actually buy it. Can you say “Oh hell yeah!”? There, I knew you could. How did I know that? Well, that...

Simplify And Add Colin Chapman's Lotus Esprit To Your Garage
I’d argue that there is no automotive company with a more emblematic figurehead than Anthony Colin Bruce Chapman. From 1952 until his death in 1982 he was Lotus Cars. The car company was inspired by his desire for lightweight and simplicity in a sporting automobile, and from the multifaceted...

At $2,000, Would You SHO Up For This Hot Rod 1994 Ford Taurus Wagon?
Ford never offered a wagon edition of their fabulous Taurus SHO but as today’s candidate proves, enterprising individuals are filling in the gap. Let’s see if this custom longroof is worth taking the SHO on the road. It’s been said that good things come in small packages. I’m pretty...
