Of course, the saddest crash ever comes from the , where racing legend accidentally bumped into a Lister while racing in the Salvadori Cup.

Mass was all excited about racing the priceless Mercedes racer, but then this happened:

Then, unfortunately, this happened. It appears as though the Lister wanted into go into the pits, and then the Mass helped speed along that process by hitting him in the rear.

Ouch.

Like any good race car, though, we're sure they'll be repaired and running again in no time.

[Update: We originally reported that this was a D-Type, but a later tweet confirmed that it was actually a Lister instead.]
